Be Seen with High Vis Safety Apparel

Whether you're directing traffic or working on a construction site, your safety depends upon being seen by everyone around you. Custom high visibility safety apparel is the first line of defense for these potentially dangerous situations.

Our high visibility safety apparel complies with the American National Standard Institute's (or ANSI) regulations, so you can trust that your employees are safe in every work environment, in any season, day or night.

For the warmer months, ANSI-compliant vests and tees provide your employees with needed visibility while keeping them cool. When temperatures drop, we offer heavyweight sweatshirts, insulated jackets, and beanies for visibility with an extra level of warmth.

You should always check with your employer to see what level of ANSI compliance s required for your job. If you have any questions regarding custom high visibility safety apparel, please call our helpful sales reps at 877-535-5646, Mon. - Fri. 8:00am - 6:00pm EST for a one on one conversation.

Choose Your Colors

Depending on your work environment, certain colors may not be as visible as others. That's why our safety apparel comes in a variety of colors. You should always select the color that will stand out the most in your given environment while still meeting your ANSI requirements.

For example, lime green apparel is ideal when a work area has a lot of orange-colored work objects, such as vehicles, signs and construction barrels. Bright orange apparel would be better when a work area is in a green environment.

In addition to selecting the right colors, you can also add materials like reflective film and reflective tape to safety vests and safety jackets to further increase visibility. Some items can be decorated with reflective print for added safety.

*Please note that only wearing color enhanced clothing does not meet ANSI requirements. Ask your employer for your specific requirements before selecting your safety apparel.

ANSI Regulation Compliance

According to ISEA, there are three garment categories (also known as conspicuity classes) for high-visibility apparel. The ANSI/ISEA 107-2010 identifies these classes based on worker hazards and tasks, complexity of the work environment or background, and vehicular traffic and speed. Please consult your employer to determine what ANSI level is required for your job.

Class 1 Garments are designed for when workers can provide their full and undivided attention to approaching traffic, which is traveling no faster than 25 mph. The wearer should have ample distance from on-coming traffic.

Class 2 Garments are designed for when workers need greater visibility, like in severe weather conditions or in higher risk work environments (greater than Class 1). This type of garment also covers workers who perform jobs that distract their attention from on-coming traffic or are in close vicinity to passing vehicles traveling more than 25 mph.

Class 3 Garments are designed for workers who face serious hazards and often have many tasks that require attention away from their work. These garments provide the highest level of visibility and should provide greater visibility to more of the body, such as the arms and legs.
