For custom cotton hats, embroidery is the decoration option of choice. Embroidery is a good-looking, long-lasting decoration option. When designing online, a process is needed to convert you logo into "stitch-ready" form. If you purchase more than six (6) cotton caps, this process will be done by our graphics team for free. If you plan on purchasing less than six cotton hats, there is a fee of $50. Remember that this only applies if you plan on uploading one of your own logos or are using custom text. Any of our free embroidery design templates do not require digitizing, even if you customize the color & text of that design only.

Once you enter our online designer, you can play around to create the custom cotton hat that works for you. Once your order is submitted and sent to our team for review, we will begin production. Check your email (and just in-case your spam folder!) for your order and shipping confirmation emails. This will give you an estimated time of arrival.
